• Area of Focus: Water, Sanitation and Hygiene.

• We organized the inauguration and handover program of a toilet block for girls at Gayatri Sanskrit Vidyalaya, Saraswati Tole, Biratnagar. Lions Club of Kathmandu Rajdhani funded the construction in association with Lions Rajdhani Service Centre Dist.325H and our club proposed, facilitated, and oversaw the project. Mr. Ashok Chainwala received the Certificate of Appreciation on behalf of the Lions Club of Kathmandu Rajdhani.

• 2,50,000 donated by Lions Club of Kathmandu Rajdhani and 6,200 /- NPR paid by our club.

• 200 girls in the school benefitted from the construction of a toilet block.

• Constructing toilet blocks for girls in schools is not only about providing basic sanitation but also about improving health, gender equality, educational outcomes, and long-term social and economic development. It is a crucial step towards empowering young girls, ensuring their safety and dignity, and supporting the broader goal of inclusive education.
